My place is close to great views, restaurants and dining, the beach, and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the views, the location, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
Prices included all as electric and water, no hidden fees.
The Space:
Room space is 36sqm,full kitchen, TV & Internet, maximum could allow 4 guests
Use the keycard could access garden of 3rd & 40th floor, rooftop swimming pool of 44th floor, 45th floor Sky lounge, Gym.
I'll be answering all questions and help out as best as I can. If you wants an airport pick-up we can arrange that for only 1,500.
Guest Access:
Featuring an infinity pool with sea views on the rooftop terrace, fitness centre and free WiFi. Located in the city centre, the beach, numerous restaurants and bars can be found with just a short walk from the property. Free private parking is available on site.
A 24-hour convenience store is located just right around the corner of the apartment. For more shopping and dining, guests can also visit Central Festival Pattaya Beach, located only 1 km away.

The Neighborhood:
Best location in Pattaya, 350 meters walk to beach, 8 minutes to Central Festival Shopping mall & Hilton, opposite of Hard Rock hotel,close to Big C super market
Alcazar Cabaret is 400 m from Centric Sea Pattaya. For night entertainment, the famous Pattaya Walking Street is only a 10-minute drive away. The nearest airport is Utapao International Airport, 32 km from Centric Sea Pattaya.
Getting Around:
Can take Tu-tu taxi at gate 24 hours, also could rent a motorbike if you like to explore the city by yourself.
Other Things to Note:
♡ Free water when you arrive in the refrigerator.
♡ Free Wifi. (Some of our units have own router, please ask).
♡ The coffee maker is provided with free coffee, tea, sugar, and Kettle.
♡ There is free parking inside or outside the building with 24/7 security.
♡ Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number you booked.
♡ If you come early you can leave the luggage in your room after 11 am or at our office anytime.
♡ There are laundry services close to our unit (washing and drying) for only 40 baht per kg. (minimart) is also very close.
♡ Supply of baby kit (baby, high chair and child swimming arm rings can ALL be rented in our office for only 100 baht per night).
♡ Free Electricity 15 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open windows you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.
The cleaning fee you have paid is for getting the villa cleaned and ready for the next guest. This means it will be completed after your stay.
If you would like your villa cleaned during your stay, an additional charge of 500 THB per time. 24 hours notice is also required so we can schedule it in.
But if you stay more than 7 nights then we will provide 1 full clean per week.
