My place is 300 meters from the beach and close to restaurants and dining, massage and bars, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the location, the people, and the coziness. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. Walking Street Pattaya is 5 km from the property and costs 10 baht per person with a taxi, take 10 min.

The Space:
2 bedroom apartment and living room on 2 floors "perfect for kids", total size: 80sqm. 1 big king size bed with own bathroom, 1 big queen size bed with own bathroom, 1 sofa bed for 2 persons.
Rooms are composed of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fitted with a bath or shower. There are a dining area and a kitchen complete with a microwave, a toaster and refrigerator and all you need for cooking. A flat-screen TV with cable channels is featured.
Atlantis Resort also includes a sauna and a fitness center. Guests can enjoy meals at the on-site restaurant.
Underwater World Pattaya is 2.5 km from Atlantis Resort. The nearest airport is U-Tapao International Airport, 27 km from the property.

The location is ideal for families with children due to the huge water area, which is considered the largest in the territory of Pattaya. That is putting our apartments on the level higher than any other hotel.

Getting Around:
You can use 3 ways to reach our location from the airport.
1. By Bus the number is 389. The price is 130 Bath/per person. The schedule starts from 7 am until 11 pm, It is going out every one hour. You will need to buy a ticket on the 1st floor of en exit parts of the Suvarnabhumi airport building opposite gate number 8. And then you will need to go to the final point of destination. It will Pattaya-Jomtien, Thapprarya rd.
2. By airport taxi. The price is not constant, but approximate 1500 Bath, not over 1800 Bath. You will need to say to the Taxi driver that he brings you to Pattaya-Jomtien to Atlantis Condo Resort Pattaya. But keep in mind that Suvanabhum Taxi drivers perhaps do not know the name of public places in Pattaya, and they will need to ask someone local people about the final point of destination when they arrive in Pattaya-Jomtien.
3. You can order "pick up" service (The price is 1800 Bath), the Taxi driver will wait for your arrival time on the meeting point with the paper which includes your name.
If you camping from Bangkok the drop-off point located on the Ekamai (Sukhumvit Road
(Near Bangkok Planetarium & Ekamai BTS Station) and Bangna Bus Stop (Bangna Trad Road 1 km. Near Central Bangna Shopping Mall, opposite BITEC ), the price is 119 Bath. The running time starts at 05.30 till 19.30. please go to the final point of distention, it is Pattaya Bus Terminal ( North Pattaya Road ) (and then local Taxi will take you to Atlantis)
Other Things to Note:
♡ Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number booked.
♡ Free water when you arrive in the refrigerator.
♡ Free Wifi. (30mb down and 5 MB up speed).
♡ Free coffee and tee when you arrive.
♡ Free Electricity 15 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open doors you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.
♡ The room cleaning fee you have paid is for getting the room cleaned and ready for the next guest (Post-Stay Clean). This means it will be completed after your stay.
If you would like your apartment cleaned during your stay (In-Stay Clean), an additional charge of 200 THB per clean bed. 24 hours notice is also required so we can schedule it in.
But if you stay more than 7 nights then we will provide 1 full clean per stay.
There is no deposit as we trust you to keep the apartment in good condition under your stay.
