Located a few kilometers from the noble city of Sant Feliu de Guíxols, the modern leisure city of Playa de Aro and the historic center of Castillo de Aro. The house will significantly please the visitor for its proximity to the sea and one of the most splendid beaches of the Costa Brava. (S’Agaró and La Conca). And also because of its proximity to the shopping center (5 minutes on foot) of S’Agaró with supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and stores.
This house has the uniqueness of maintaining the constructive characteristics of a country house and all the comforts offered by modern technology and equipment. Normative:
- Youth groups are not accepted, only consolidated families. (Min. 30 years)
- The rules of ownership and agency will be respected. At the time of confirming the reservation, they will be sent a contract and regulations that must be read and accepted.
- In case the extra expenses are not charged by the portal, the agency will charge them in cash, cleaning € 120, chek-in € 25, tourist fees € 1 per person
- If the deposit is not charged by the portal, the agency will charge it in cash.
- Check-in / check-out times will be respected. If you arrive later than 8:00 p.m., a supplement of 50 Eur will be charged or the check-in will take place the next day during business hours.
Once the reservation has been made, the contract will be sent with the reservation details, a guide of the house where all the instructions and rules of use and a police file where all the data must be filled in.
A week before the arrival of the guests we will call you to agree on the arrival time.
At the time of entry we will attend you at the accommodation and give you the keys. We will also give you a brief explanation of how to orient yourself in the area.
During the stay we will be available for any questions, but we will leave you total freedom and privacy.
At the time of leaving the house we will attend you again and perform a small inspection of the house.
